Return and Refund Policy

At Juxeclin, we try to make return and refund as easy as possible and transparent. Sometimes things do not go exactly as planned, and we want to make sure that you feel supported. This Return and Refund Policy is a guide on how to handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations of Hong Kong, including Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).

Returns

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we ensure a smooth return process. Our returns comply with the below provisions:

  • Returns should be made on the exact dates as mentioned in the rental contract and agreed to by both parties.
  • We do not accept returns of items that have been used or tampered with.

Refunds

Returns are processed for accepted return requests based on the following conditions:

  • Refund checks will be issued only through the original payment method. As we process Cash on Delivery orders, refund check proceeds will be transferred directly through bank transfer.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank.

Exchanges

We do not have an exchange policy on our products or services at present. If you want a different service or product, and you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we recommend returning the original and ordering again.

Juxeclin will handle your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. Your privacy is important to us, and we will ensure that any personal data involved in the return or refund process is handled responsibly.
